Yes that was what I ment. That still pisses me off I'd of enjoyed finishing up the writs. *shrugs*

Alright go to Vivec, you enter in that foreign quater usually. Go to the little boat guy and pay him 2 Gold pieces to take you to the Arena. Now that you are in the Arena go up the first ramp to your left. Once you enter scout around it'll be in a "storage room" with 3 rats and a trap door.
