Well, the sangine items are there whether or not you join the Morag Tong; they just don't make much sense unless you do (as in, "why are they all named sanguine?", etc). As to the Ahemmusa, don't sweat it; you'll get some confused dialogue from them when you get to their stage in the main quest, so proceed with caution (and save before you talk to 'em) but you ought to be okay overall.
