Allright! This 'moon-and-star' quest- what do I need and where is it? I thought that it was the Asura's star and the Deadric crecent (quess that's wrong)!

Nah, in this particular case, "Azura's star" is an astrological reference; talk to all the Ashlanders (including the commoners). They each have a chance of having a piece of the puzzle.
