Is there any one out there who is planning a MAJOR modification or plugin too this game ? And by that i mean a huge island with tons of quests/New monsters weapons spells/skills
Ohh that reminds me is there an ability to create skills in the editor ? I cant think of any news ones right now (Well mayby farming/botany or science would be cool, or tinker skill or tailor. Tame animal Necromany neuromancy or what have ye)

Any major mod would classify as an expansion, and I doubt anyone has the time to do that with the editor... have you ever tried to make a simple island... it takes forever to raise the land to water level, and it is done in tiny sections... try doing a continent... If there is someone devoted enough to make an expansion with the construction set, good luck to you.

If the first, not that I'm aware of; if the 2nd, yes.
Edit: Just opened up the editor w/out opening up Morrowind.esm and the skills & spells are already defined... so even if you make your own .esm file you still have to use the skills/spells that are coded into the editor. You might be able to rename them (they show up as things like 'sEffectAbsorbAttribute' if the .esm isn't loaded, but 'Absorb Attribute' if it is), but that's all.
