Mod/plug-in error - TTLG Forums

Seems like just about any mod/plug in i grab off the web and install generates a warning message when i start the game that "this or that file is missing and may cause problems down the road."

Is this warning normal or are 98% of the mods out there missing stuff?

I'm assuming that you just download, unzip and place them in the right folders right?
Im not missing something am i?

What exactly is the error? Because it might be because it was made with a different version. Try opening the plugin in TECS and just saving it...
