Ah, Rich, you rock... :)
What software did you use to edit the file?

Hi Shadowcat,
I decompiled the Smacker animation and it's audio track using the Rad Game Tools. Then I used Animation Shop (that ships with Paint Shop Pro) to do a 15 frame fadeout on the last frame of the Smacker animation.
I cut and pasted some of the audio to lengthen it, and mixed in a few sound effects that I had floating around on my hard drive using Gold Wave ((
www.goldwave.com)) and Cool Edit Professional. Then I recompiled the whole shmear mixing in the new audio track with RGT.
The Rad Game Tools are a real neat set of utilities - :) You can do almost anything that you would want to SMK Smacker and BIK Bink format animations - :) As you prolly know, tons of games use one of these two formats for their cutscenes. You can download the Rad Game Tools from (
https://www.radgametools.com) www.radgametools.com, it's completely free for non-commercial use - :)
BTW, it may sound like I really made a career of NIKDIE.SMK, but the whole process took only about a total of 30 minutes [G].
