OK...I'm not sure whats up here, but has anyone else been having problems with mods causing every person you talk to to say "Vampires make me mad, mad MAD!!...I don't feel like talking about this right now. Leave me alone."", and then not doing any of the other things they are supposed to. For instance, with a number of mods loaded this was occuring when I attempted to turn in my papers to the captain, and it wouldn't let me turn them in. So I restarted without any mods loaded and it was fine. Thought it might be an isolated incident, so I reloaded the mods and now it is happening again. For instance, the guy that asks for his ring of healing that you have in the beginning now doesn't ask for it, and all the characters you speak with continue to always say what i posted above(they say a lot more, its a big paragraph, but that's how it begins and ends). Also, it appears there is a problem with the travelers rings mod, as I always get an error specifically on that when I load it. Any help would be appreciated....

my guess is one of the mods makes you a vampire. People dont like vampires big guy

Did you get it from Morrowind Summit. I had the same problem with that one.
I sent email about that one and another one there but no response and they're still there. I guess no one there bothers reading email.
