Can anyone identify the MOD used for the stats display in the pic ((http://morrowind.ttlg.com/screenshots/MW_shot01.jpg)) on Vvardenfell Traveller's Guide City of Gnisis ((http://morrowind.ttlg.com/guide/gnisis.shtml))? I've looked all over and can't find any information about it. Thanks for any assistance.

I don't think that's a mod. If memory serves, it's just older promotional screenshots from an early version of the game.

The sky is also yellow, instead of brown (normal ash storm) or red (blight.) It probably is an older version and the programmer just decided to make it look a bit more fancy.

I'm fairly certain those were Max renders.

Yup, those were made in Max as a demonstration of what it will look like. It's the same with the Gondola picture and a couple of others in Vivec.
