Mmmm, David, how's about a look at your mobile browser detection script plz? :cheeky:

Nice, thanks.
I needed a script to direct people to the mobile version of my site and I've been looking and not found a decent one. If that'll do for tapatalk it'll do for me! (Unless you say otherwise - I defer to your greater coding knowledge).

Depends what platform you're using and what you're looking for.
I've used everything from simple user agent lookups to (
http://51degrees.codeplex.com/) 51 Degrees.
The latter is great for .Net projects as it uses (
http://wurfl.sourceforge.net/) WURFL to give you the specifications of the mobile device (capabilities, screen size etc). I've used this to tweak the mobile sites for things like older BlackBerries (pre 5.0) which have terrible browsers.

I just wanted a javascript to do it. I don't mess with asp or .Net and I don't really have need of PHP at the moment - I'm on a HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript tip.

I haven't used the mobile site since tapatalk was enabled. Can your phone not use tapatalk?

I didn't know TTLG was Tapatalk enabled until I saw it while browsing the Tapatalk network. Nice! Thank you!!
