ok, I am replaying Deus Ex after beating the game first time about half month ago. Here is a question. In the MJ12 prison where Denton was held after sending stress signal to Frence. There is a NSF prisoner in the other cell of the prison who asked you to take him with you. Breaking him out of the prison alive and conscious is not too hard even in the "realistic" mode. (well I didn't save him in the first time playing the game) Shouldn't we, or Denton get some compensation other than the medic kit or the combat knive, like some skill points or some leads to some secret bonus? It takes some efforts to get him out there especially HE SUCK!! He can't kill anyone.:p

It doesn't seem to have any influence on anything, apart from the player's moral stance. I myself just sort everything out by myself and come back for Miguel once the coast is clear.

Why does he suck just because he can't kill anyone? I consider this argument stupid.

Well, as a terrorist, he's probably supposed to have some training in killing people and if by "suck" he means "is bad" then yes, he does suck :)
And it is annoying shepherding him all along and getting no reward at all. (He does make a good distraction going into the armoury though, bwahaha)

He does not suck, simply on the grounds that he has a hilarious "Latino" accent.
(thinks back to conversation with Miguel)
he. he. He. Heh. Hehehehehehehehehehhhh..........
(dies)

Come on. Like most of the NSF in the game, he probably only had two weeks training at the militia camp. And he skipped the session where they were told that it's not a good idea to try to take out military bots with a knife.

I hafta say that I feel somehow sad when I hear people say that if someone can't kill, they suck. Where's that world driving at?
