I've never been to mournhold before - i think it is only acessible when you have Tribunal installed. Anyway, I took a little trip over there even though my character is low-level, just to see what's what (disappointingly, even though it's on the mainland, the main map still shows you as being in Ebonheart. How long does it take to expand a map?) and in the first room - things look a little. . .unfinished. I mean, I know it's the city of light and all - but shouldn't the table in this room have - i dunno - colours? Just curious to know what other people who have been here saw. Were the walls all white like that?

In short no, it looks like something's gone horribly wrong, perhaps you should re-install Tribunal
