im looking for 2 people in Ald`ruhn, Hassour Zainsubane and Lirielle Stoine, i cant find them anywhere or even ask people where they are, bug?

Talk to people in the tavern. Some people will tell you were he is. You then go to the obvious place they say and he's not there.
Look for the staircase on the right side wall as you face the bar
