If you can sneak by them, then yes. (That means using chamealoen equipment or invisability.) but otherwise, I can't think of any other way of safely getting around in the ministry of truth.

Well, chameleon and invis are the best ways, but you can actually bluff your way in via a couple methods:
a) Some of them in there must be nearsighted, as they'll think you're one of them if you wear enough Indoril (I forget how much) and aren't of a beast race. (not all will do this, though)
b) If you're the Temple Patriarch, they're less likely to attack and will give you a warning before they attack. (some will do this if you're one or two steps down from Patriarch, and the Grand Inquisitor tells you to get stuffed even if you're the Patriarch)
