How the devil do I get up to that place?!?!?! I can't seem to levitate no matter how many times I try. I keep on getting the phrase. ... "not enough magica" when my magica blue line is full. Will the jumping spell work instead?

You're joking right?
If you go into the temple the lower room through the door on the right (when facing south) has a few on a crate in the corner. You'll have to steal the potions though as they aren't for sale as far as i remember.
Failing this strategy just visit any of the alchemists / traders on the island and pick one up - they're quite common.
