Looks okay, until you realize you need to mouse over each and every unknown button when looking for a new function. You can't just glance at menus and go "ah! Paragraph! It's probably there!".

And judging how it works from those small and limited screenshots showing that really only show... the front page of word, is kinda unfair. At least try it before making such an asumption.
