Tungsten, go for tungsten!!
Usually it's the Ni, nickel which is in many (silver or other) jewellery. Get pure silver or Ni-free alloys. It doesn't have to be titanium, platinum is also quite nice...
Speaking of metal allergies: another is an allergy to cobalt, which is used in many blue colours. A friend had new blue shoes - and I've finally met Bigfoot.
I don't think it'll help with jewellery, but you may always give it a try: wash it. Many things in our civilisation have coatings/treatments that they shouldn't.
And I think most importand for your allergy is that you post a picture here. Of your neck, wearing the new necklace...

Silver sometimes leaves a little blackish ring around my finger. It wasn't annoying, or painful, it was just black. But I figured that if my body reacts to silver in anyway not normal, it probably isn't good overall.
Now I wear gold, and I don't have that problem.
That's probably just the silver tarnishing. Some people's body chemistries are acidic enough to cause silver to tarnish fairly rapidly, with the result that the surface blackens. Nothing dangerous or abnormal about it, as far as I know.

And you could definitely say that with how aguy is, he could tarnish silver at insane speeds.

Is it possibily due to sweating a lot from exercise or something? IIRC AGWPT was into cycling??

Just here to say I bear no ill will towards any of you.

I never confirmed this, but I think I'm fatally allergic to uranium and plutonium.

I'm allergic to Jackyl, Slayer, Motorhead, and Megadeth.
I was also recently diagnosed as being allergic to Lordi.

Another thing to watch out for, with cheap jewelry, sometimes the metal can start to rub off on you. This may cause irritation, or can even be potentially dangerous if the metal happens to contain lead.

It's quite possibly silver nitrate.
