right the prob is my range skill on my lvl 27 custom ninja is messed up once in a while i like to f5 then execute everyone around me :P i used my funky (invis 30sec +10 sneak 30sec) ring crept up behind some bird and criticle striked her sorry arse with my bow soon as i done it it came up with ur skillz maxed blah blah its at like 372 it should be like 32 cause i hardly use it but i like to build chars so how can i bring it down to 32 again, and yeah it was like that after i reloaded :(

Your marksmanship stat jumped from 32 to 372? Whew... you sure you're not wearing anything that gave you an insane bonus? (ie: Try stripping your char and see if the skill stays that way)
If that doesn't help, and if you're on a PC, try this:
player->setmarksmanship 32
(I think that's the command... if the skill's not 'marksmanship', insert whatever is applicable there)
