What Krypt points out also can be used to fix the "light bleeding through walls" problem (that I've come across countless times already...). The light radius is extending beyond your wall, but the ability to cast the wall's shadow to block it, is not! So, extend the shadow cast distance and voila, no more light bleeding through the wall. Slowly increase the number in realtime view mode so that you don't overdo it. Thanks once again Krypt for another great tip.
