And I know that you said this isn't a law class, but that the professor apparently didn't lay out some basic standards of judicial objectivity (and competence, based on judge A and B) shows pretty clearly that this wasn't an exercise he should've been running in the first place.
Actually, the TA (who was running this exercise) gave a whole objectiveity lecture to the judges, etc. One of them just chose to ignore it and the other one was a moron. But yes, I agree that it was wrong of them to not cover the results afterwards.

I am almost certain he is NOT a professor - he certainly never used that title. But in the USA all faculty are called professors, so I'm used to say it - sometimes I'll think better of it but not usually.
Of course I'm back in the USA now so I CAN SAY IT ALL I WANT WOOO
