What does this mean? It means that the stupid men don't apply to university, hardly shocking news. Or perhaps it means that there is a bias in applying for university; women might work harder and so women with a lower IQ can achieve the same level of results and feel able to apply.

It doesn't actually say anything about the relative IQ of men and women as a whole.

The Statistits police should arrest whoever wrote that article.
