...rearrange the membership numbering so that the first person who joined will get assigned number 1 (ie. Saam or Digi) then after that to reset them to represent the order in which people actually joined the forums? Just wondering.
This system where member #1 joined the forums last week gets confusing (for me at least). Add to that the fact that there are only 5000 and something members registered but 12000+ member numbers... my fragile brain can't cope.

The recent registrations being assigned low numbers was actually a glitch, which has now been corrected. All new members who register now will receive the next number at the end of the list :)
