I remmember reading in Psychology about an study conducted by a movie theatre that flashed an image of a cheezburger and fries in front of an audience during a movie for a 100th of a second and one where they didn't and 90% of the audience or something afterwards went and got a burger and fries. Interesting...

Or, more likely,
bullshit. Cite the study and maybe I'll be swayed. ;)

If that's real, it's stupid - I prefer the grinning single frame of Mel in the trailer.
Even if it is real, I can't believe for a second that it's anything less than a millisecond of film and nowhere near the number of frames that was shown in that youtube; I think they've manipulated the single to give the impression that it was onscreen for longer. Like the trailer image, I'm betting that it's actually one or two frames of footage and is nearly invisible to the naked eye.

That study is bullshit. Putting more salt on the fries is definitely a good tactic though.
