I don't know why this specialist is so hesitant to think I need curing. He essentially called me a liar on the phone, stating that he only has "my word" of what my symptoms are so for all he knows I "could be lying" in order to get "testosterone for personal sporting use"

Yes he figures submitting myself through a month and a half of hell is my way of getting low grade pharmacutical steroids instead of buying a cycle for 200$ from the locker room of my gym, gg.

The pituitary hormone "prolactin" came back high but still "within range" and my Lutenizing hormone (LH), which signals the body to produce more testosterone is somewhat low which is, in this case, very odd. It should be through the roof because I'm not producing enough testosterone. High prolactin in this case is like lactating woman high. Coupled with low testosterone (which he thinks isn't low at all no sir the bottom 5% is a great place for someone like me) and low LH it speaks to a pituitary problem

My doctor's office just called, they got the MRI results back:

Aside from a slight slight slighty abnormality with my sella tursica (some bone behind my eyes that the pituitary rests in or something) the pituitary itself is fine

it's not a tumah

however it doesn't rule out some other fucking thing i forget what the fuck they called it and want me to come in Friday to discuss and probably test me even fucking further so whatever I get to go back home for a day to talk and maybe I can cry or something til he prescribes testosterone until I leave. He says there is definitely something going on in my brain/glands because every one of my hormone levels is wacky so there obviously is a problem and something should be done about it it's just now we have to figure out, knowing what it isn't, what it is

SO WHO KNOWS

that's a relief at least. Now to hope it's nothing something 10 times as worse ("whoops, turns out it's testicle cancer, our bad") and that I get some fucking treatment so I don't have to buy anabolics from the big guy at the gym just to be able to feel halfway normal again
