Hello, is there a max player level for morrowind on Xbox. I was trying to find this information and haven't had any luck. One thing that bugged me about Baldur's gate was the low max in exp thus not a very high player level. thanks.

It mainly depends on your starting race and your major/minor skills (Along with your preffered skills). Once the Major and Minor skills reach 100 (Major start at around 30, Minor around 15 IIRC), you won't level anymore. That's around level 70 to 80.
I think there are ways to use the master trainers to get higher than that, but by around level 30-40 you should be kicking ass! ;)

Am I correct in thinking that on XBOX Fury will still damage armour skills? In which case if you have one or more of those skills as major or minor then there is effectively no max character level.

So basically, I can get each of my maj, minor skills up to 100 and when that is done I am stuck at whatever I am on? It would seem best to get my misc skills up as much as I can before I max out. Oh, since I am new to the game I will let you know what I ended up choosing. Let me know what you think.
High Elf Mage
Favorite skills: Int & Will
Major: Destruct, Enchant, Alchemy, Mysticism, Restoration
Minor: Illusion, Conjuration, Alteration, Speechcraft, Atheletics
Sign: The mage
I am now only level 4.
Thanks for any info and suggestions.

That's basically it except that if you can find a sword called Fury I beleive it is enchanted with various damage skill spells which means you can drop those skills back down again, then train them back up to get more levels (I think, I haven't tried this). I don't know if there are any other way of damaging skills.
Your misc skills should still go up even if you max out you major and minor skills.
Sounds like an interesting character you've chosen, I think you might have a bit of trouble without any armour or weapon skills at all, but then again I've not tried it. I guess you'll need to carry a whole heap of restore majicka potions and keep a 100% chameleon or intervention spell handy incase nasty things get too close.
