Right after returning the Dragon's tooth to the head of Red Arrow triad - Max Chen, I was looking forward to meet Tong and being assigned with the next quest. However, this was the first time I was using cheats in the game and I wanted to look at the Wan Chai district from the bird's perspective.
I was very surprised, when I looked at the roof of one of the scryscrapers. There was a person having a walk on that roof.

He has the same lines as he had when I have talked to him right after the MJ12 raid in Lucky Money - expecting a truce between triads and so on. Immediately I have checked his office in LM club if he's still there. Of course, he was sitting in the chair in his nice office, like if he was able to move from a place to another just with his the power of his mind. :cheeky:
He has disappeared from the roof when he had a meeting with Gordon Quick in the temple.
Interesting. BTW, the roof of that scyscraper is made of wood. Since when have scyscrapers wooden roofs?

Yeah, I've seen him there before. In fact, I think most people have. It just hasn't been mentioned in a while.

why those boxes are blue? mine are grey. o, and btw, how do you use pepper spray? i tried it on NSF terrorists on Liberty Island, but he wasn't stunt at all, and he just killed me with his pistol at a very close range, and yes, I sprayed him right on his face, I think.

The interface color is customizable. (Options/Colors)
You better keep the sprayer trigger pushed for a while and aim right at his face.

The Dragon's Tooth swort is a big SW refference. Even bigger then SS2 laser rapier.
