This is highly second-hand information, but I hear that Uwe Boll is actually a trained boxer. He apparently directed a (no doubt terrible) documentary about his own boxing club.
Which, if correct, kind of turns this contest into "come and let Uwe Boll beat you up". Not that this necessarily makes the whole situation any less entertaining.

I never had a problem with Uwe Boll because he seems incapable of picking a game to adapt that would actually stir any kind of emotion in me. The only thing Hollywood seems to be capable of transforming to celluloid is Mortal Kombat and House Of The Dead. Don't come!
