This is weird, I am at Salvel Ancestral tomb which is West od the Zainab camp a little inside the red mountian region and it is like a small tomb. I was walking around and I fell through a hole in the floor like the one in the Clan Aundae and I came across this guy in a full ebony suit of armor and his name is Matrius, the strangest thing about him is he is not dead yet still laying knocked out or asleep on the floor. Has anyone heard of this guy? From what I have seen in this game only really important people have ebony and above.

Not sure why he won't talk to you (I don't see anything like that in the editor), but he's part of a vamp quest... and if you're a vamp he'll explain why he's lying down and ask for help.

I dont care anymore I killed him and took his armor and left. I got cured of vamperism a long time ago.
