Well most will be just random loot. But you can buy some from Sugar-Lips Habasi, she has a replenshing supply.

Hecerinde in Balmora sells Secret Master Lockpicks IIRC. Not sure if you have to be a member of the Thieves' Guild to buy them though.

What is the good thing about a master lockpick?
I am picking level 100 locks with apprentice lockpicks.

I think Master Lockpicks last longer (have more uses.) And when your lock picking skill is lower, you'll have a better chance of picking a lock with a master pick rather than that apprentice one of yours

You're probably right.
When my skill was low whenever I tried to use an apprentice lockpick I got the message: Lock too complicated. Not anymore now.

Apprentice quality=1
Journeyman=1.1
Master=1.3
Grandmaster=1.4
secret master=1.5(do these exist?)
Skeleton key=5
The quality is how much it times your security by when working out how well you pick the lock(I think, it seems logical though). All have 25 uses except the skeleton key which has 50.

jeez, just enchant an amulet with open 100 pts, you wont have to go through all this.
