No.
You could create new spells of mark and recall at a spellmaker and use them, but I don't know if that would work.

I've been wondering the same thing as Stainboy. Which name was it that broke? Or are you just making it up and never had an old name? ;)
As for the multiple marking mod, go to (
http://www.rpgplanet.com/morrowind/mods/mods.asp) Morrowind Summit - Mod Database and look for the Multiple Teleport Marking Mod v1.1. I've never tried it, and it doesn't sound very good to me... but it's the only multiple mark mod on Morrowind Summit.
