The City Watch here look a little like Firemen, if I'm honest.
HeroForge is cool, but you are limited to what they have in their library. HF do add new content regularly, so I might look at these guys again if new headgear is added.
This is just my take on the Thief Universe characters. If you have new, improved designs for these, post them here if you wish!
