Too bad there weren't any flat-earthers in the game...

Urghhhh.....
Put up hand. Yup, I'm a conspiracy theorist. When you've spoken to guys who've worked with the CIA's "outsourced contactors" in Columbia it's kinda hard to see the state in a kind light...
...or when you notice in the video Osama's gained 20 kilos ands had plastic surgery...
But I digress.....
Anyway, many, if not most conspiracy theories are crap. Consider the NWO and Illuminati. One is the right wing's bogeyman, the other the left wing's... Or the moon landing....
However, others are all too true. Echelon exists. Don't argue that; the NZ govt admits the existence of an Echelon station in the South Island, and the EU has classed it as a threat.
It's unfortunate that most people lump all "conspiracies" together.

A little on the Illuminati:
Illuminati was concieved by Adam Weishaupt. It was his plan to create a single govermented world. His plan was finished in 1776, thus the markings on the dollar bill (also the eye of ra on the pyramid). He was working the Masons and got much of his funding from them and the Rotschilds.
Illuminati caused the revolution of France, communism in Russia (by killing the Czar) and the World Wars I and II. Their current base is Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission and of course, The Bildenberg Group. Apparently they have nothing to do with aliens and MJ-12.
Believe it if want to. I think it's kind of fascinating.

Some of it sounds fine. But...killed...the...Tsar? Reaaally?
Didn't he die AFTER the revolution? Weren't the Bolsheviks already in power?
'fraid so. That really makes me doubt the rest.
Mr Hamwich on 14/3/2002 at 07:43
I'm not sure if I said it correctly (apparently not), but the theory none the less states, that the Illuminati DID "invent" communism in order to separate the world politically. In the end that would cause the cold war.
Actually, i'll have to check my notes. None of this making any sense to me either.

Conspiracies were born the instant people aspired to become all powerful and all knowing, so pretty much from the beginning of time.
ICEBreaker on 15/3/2002 at 00:01
Hi Guys. What a cool thread to make my first post in this forum. I agree with Nethawk, conspiracies existed since the dawn of time the moment two beings learnt to cooperate secretly in order to take advantage of a third being. We see children do this from an early age.
Anarkos on 15/3/2002 at 05:28
Occam's Razor Mr H. "Marx inverted Communism because he liked the idea" is a lot simpler than "Marx and Engels were secretly Illuminati agents trying to take over the world".
What exact EVIDENCE do you have?

I may not be a conspiracy theorist but with Bush and his handlers(top executives at oil companies probably) abolishing the Conststution and making more peple poor and making the super-rich even richer I feel the world might end up being looselt familar to Deus Ex. IF there is a secret society like Majestic-12 than the corrupt bastards running it are the top executives at big multi-billion dollar companies.
