Ok I have already done the main quest several times (I'm on X-Box so I don't have expansions yet, Game of The Year Edition needs to hurry) but I am on the mission to vivec. This time I have already become grandmaster of the Morag Tong and whenever I try to talk to Huleeya or however you spell it (the argonian) the only questions I can ask are regarding the Morag Tong. I have already talked to the Khajit, any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Are you still in the club? You need to get the argonian out by talking to the other folks in the and convincing them to leave her alone. She should then follow you outside...

Well the problem is I have talked to the guys about the "filthy lizard" and nothing happens and I have talked to the Argonian but he says nothing about the men. The only topics are "background, morag tong, join the morag tong, and morrowind lore. So I am all out of idea's I am thinking maybe I should just start over and not go to the top of the Morag Tong before I do the main quest.

No, you shouldn't. If you GM the Morag Tong after you complete the main quest, you can execute Grandmaster Writs. If you GM'ed the Morag Tong before completing the main quest, these aren't avaliable.
