Hey guys, I installed the mod and ever since I can't play with a resolution of 1024x768 and have a fully functional main menu. Whenever I hit escape (to save) the main menu screen is black. When I move the mouse around i hear the buttons and they are clickable, but i can't see shit. This is very bad because I can't save this way unless quicksaving.
Does anyone know how I might fix this?
I'm an asus g1s with winxp. the lowest resolution works, but none of the others.

Only time I've ever had this happen is with some combinations of high forced AA/AF settings.

Actually this happens to me as well, but it happened before I installed any mods (and it's still happening, actually) and it also seems to happen randomly. When it does happen, and I switch levels or go to the menu, the screen will go black and the picture will not recover until I turn off the monitor and turn it back on. I haven't enabled any antialiasing or anisotropic filtering for my 7600 GT.
As stated before, it doesn't happen all the time. Sometimes I'll switch levels or hit the menu without that bug, and sometimes I'll even start the game without the bug (and its random chance of occurrence) present.
