it's quite simple..
Find someone that offers 'spellmaking'. Try looking in the Mage's Guilds for ex.
Choose the spelleffect and then the specs-magnitude,duration etc.

However, for any effect to be available for spellmaking, you must already know a spell with that effect.
In other words, stock up on a load of ready-made spells first.

Watch the Spell Chance. If it stays above 100 then you will always cast it first try. Also look at Cast(?) Cost. If this exceeds your maximum amount of Magicka, then your chance of casting it will automatically be 0.
Remember, you don't necessarily want to waist all your magicka on one blast. If you're magicka is maxed out at 100 then you char isn't built for the serious spells.
(With Bloodmoon, you can have 3 different magicka modifiers. High Elf (1.5x INT), Atronach Sign (2.0x INT) and a special item in Bloodmoon (5.0x INT.) I created a test char and got 3382 maximum magicka. That's if you have enchanted pants, shirt, belt, robe, dress, two rings and an amulet (all exquisite.)

i know about spellmaking. i mean making like new summoning spells (like summoning creatures i have downloaded), or shoting f.eks. skulls or black energy.
btw, do any1 know if theres made a final fantasy plugin? im shure of that im not the only ff-fan playing morrowind.

You'd need to open the CS for that... It's a simple script. Too bad I don't know it, lol.
I know that there's a FF related plugin. It's the Mog Mod. Looks cool if you ask me. (
http://machall.com/mog/) Click for Moogles in Morrowind! (It's not actually downloadable yet...)

Here's one way to do it.
Make a new creature and change it's AI so that it follows you.
Make a new spell with like light 2 on self and change the mana to something appropriet for the summoningspell.
Then do a global script that checks for the player casting that spell, and when he does the script places the new creature next to him.
