Yes I do click on advancement and they say you do not meet the requirements to advance and when I click on duties they say they have none. It was the skill levels and I forgot about checking the requirements in the UI. I have made it to Warlock now and will soon have Wizard. =)
Then maybe some new quests from Skink. =)

Thanks to all that helped. I have finished all the requirements and the final quests now from Skink. I am Arch Mage now. Phear the Magicka. =P
