:( Meh, during a mission, I had to kill a mmber of the Mage's Guld and was promptly evicted and had to turn in my keys. Well, I hadn't finished getting all of my recommendations, so I can't access the stupid cool-guy Mage Library place. Well, that's where I gotta go to ask someone to get re-admitted. Any options here, or is the guilddone for good?

I don't know, but if it was the Arrow of Extrication quest, you don't have to kill him.

The guy you have to ask isn't actually in the library - he's in the main entryhall of the archmages tower, which anybody can get into. Actually, get right down to it, anybody can walk right into the archmage's bedroom. Only the actual university is secured.
Man though, does that mission even suck.

Shit, he's a mage's guild member?
I'll keep that in mind when I get around to doing that quest (reports of invisible monsters scared me too much to start).
