Hello.
(Hope this is right - it's been a while...)
In one of the lower chambers, there are three doors at the end of descending stairways. On the opposite side of the chamber to each door, there is a set of pipes with a dwarven crank.
One of the cranks opens one of the doors. Be careful - all the other cranks have poison traps.

if your talking about the one where edwinna sends you to get the report, there is a room with many dwemer machins, theres 3 against the wall with levers, one of them opens a door on the other side of the room.:thumb:
