Regardless of his Big Spell Of Pwnage not working,
he's supposedly been around since before the founding of the Mage's Guild.
You'd think that he'd still be a bit of a challenge to beat, instead of just falling over dead after a few girly slaps.

I wish the gem had been removed though. Jeez. I'm sick of carrying it around.
Ditto for all quest items for quests that I finished long ago.
Surely there must be a mod out there which allows you to drop quest items, or are people too busy designing "useful" mods like Bigger Tits XII :erg:

Which reminds me, did the patch somehow change the graphics for female titties? It's not as though they were super-lifelike in the first place, but I've noticed that ever since the patch, they look almost disfigured, and I've been wondering if this is some sort of intentional effort to avoid any Hot Coffee-style backlash.
Not that I go around stealing women's clothes or anything, of course, it was just kind of a test thing, which I've done with numerous other mods since the game came out, and it doesn't mean anything.
just fuck off and answer the question

Dude, they're releasing a twelfth version?!

The whole mage`s guild plot line completely failed to invoke strong feelings in me. It seemed to me that Traven was the dick for persecuting the necromancers without any obvious reason. The finale was a huge anti climax. Apart from how easy it was, it was also in a stupidly dull environment. The same old cave.
Since Oblivion has earned a mature rating it would be really nice if Bethesda would consider making their next Elderscrolls game intellectually mature, and not just assume that players will get some childish gratification from defeating the `baddies`. It`s a waste of back-story and they`re depopulating their gameworld.

Last night I went back to confront old Mannie with a much higher level character (L30) than I did before (L13) reasoning that maybe level scaling would make it a more interesting fight. I was wrong. The fight still only lasted about 15 seconds. I took a loook at him afterward in the Construction Set, and can see that there's a
lot of room for improvement. You'd expect that an ancient necromancer would have a slew of interesting spells, along with some dark abilities gained via evil means, but he's just got a handful of spells.

I'll second that. I'm particularly getting annoyed by the one dimensional bad guys with the "Mwa-ha-ha, I'm so evil" dialogue.

Interesting idea for a mod, mind you.
