I ran the game in max resolution, but it was some keyboard and mouse lag, so at the moment im running 1280 resolution and its fairly smooth, I haven´t checked the fps.

that lag is down to the resolution, drop the resolution and DONT disable vsync and TDS needs that enabled (otherwise you cant climb ladders etc and you should get less lag.

Wait...that's a SCSI symbol on the VM's virtual drive! I didn't think that any computer supported by OS X Leopard even supported SCSI, given that Apple moved to IDE/PATA even before OS X was released, and SATA a bit after!
Still, nice work. I didn't think it would be possible, especially since the graphics capabilities of VM software for anything that isn't OS X tend to suck.

OSX has more support for storage devices then windows. It runs very well on the new QX9650 quad core cpu, but the image build I have is old now, so i imagine there is a better version that will be even smoother.
