A MaleNoble with M-SittingDown on it can't properly sit on A VicDineChair with Shape>Model Name: jcg-vicwch03, (the beige chair model).
His butt ends up half-way between the seat of the chair and the floor.
Simple solution?

there is no simple solution, because sitting ais are a pile of jank in the dark engine. but your best bet is to make sure the chair has Physics>Misc>AI Collides With turned on, and adjust the size and offset of the chair's OBB with Physics>Model>Dimensions to suit. use show_phys_models so you can see what youre doing when changing the dimensions.
when the ai stands up, they will probably end up standing on top of the chair. but thats how it goes.
