Yes, if you cast some dire weakness to disease-type spells on yourself (I'm told). You should find more if you search this forum

The Devs have stated some cryptic information about "everyone will be able to become a werewolf" and expanded it to "you can become a werewolf after you beat the main quest" so there is a way.
