i had my note book screen fixed and now my programs run on lower resolution! my resolution is 1600x900 but thief runs on 1440x900?
What caused this suddenly? How to fix it?:(

So the desktop resolution is 1600x900, but in games, it's just 1440x900?

Install the video drivers again and see what happens.

the screen broke so i got a new one! but its just games that run on lower resolution! maybe i need to uninstall the video drivers and catalyst control center and reinstall?

Hm. Very strange effect after changing your screen.
Is the replaced screen a monitor built into a laptop or notebook, or is it an external monitor, connected to your computer via a cable on the exterior of the machine?

LAPTOP... i cant uninstall catalyst control center maybe that could help!

Laptop? Very strange indeed. I did not know that changing the screen could be done in a way which the machine could recognize and react upon.
I do not have any idea what could be done, but before you do anything, a full backup of the machine would be a very good thing.

Some laptops are available with different resolution LCD panels as factory options. Are you sure a lower resolution display wasn't fitted when it was replaced?

i guess reinstall catalyst center but i get error message impossible dll to complete uninstallation!
but its just programs like thief that run on lower resolution... instead of 1600x900 its 1440 i see two empty bars by side

could it be a conflict between intel graphics and radeon?
