I'm also still curious to know how Walt & Michael are faring.
Harold Perrineau turned down the offer to appear in the show again, so we are to assume he and Walt actually did get home.

I'm curious as to whether there really will be two main characters who die this season. And will one of them be Charlie? Imho, the only two I wouldn't mind seeing go would be Ben and the new chick that parachuted onto the Island (can't remember her name).
I read some spoilers that
Jack will kill Naomi, since she's not who she claims to be.

Actually, I read a few rumors on the official Lost board that say Walt will make an appearance in the season finale.

Yeah, but Walt is all kinds of strange, so he might be both on the island and at home or sth.

If they did make it home, the news had already gone out that the flight went down in the ocean and all aboard were killed, so it's likely they wouldn't have tried to tell anyone since nobody'd believe them anyhow. Plus, Michael killed two people on the Island and wouldn't want
that little tidbit getting out. So yeah, if they really did make it home, it's likely Michael would have told everyone that just he & Walt survived. Wouldn't bother me if they didn't bring old Mikey back, ever. Walt, on the other hand, has to have grown in RL, so it might be a little tricky to have him reappear now as a teenager. Unless they'd already taped certain scenes in advance knowing he'd grow some in the three yrs. since Lost previewed.

Well, we know she's not one of the Others since her landing on the Island seemed to come as a surprise to Ben. An operative sent by the elite that actually run Dharma perhaps? But sent for what purpose? More hidden agendas. The show is becoming interesting again.

According to this interview dated May 8, that's not true:

Another great season of Lost wrapped up. I cant wait for the show to come back in the fall. I did hear that 2009-2010 is the last season though. I cant imagine how they are going to drag this out for another 2-3 years.
Dia on 23/5/2007 at 15:49
Wha ....?
Where do you live that you've already seen the finale? It's supposed to be on tonight .... *runs & checks the TV guide listings* whew!!!
DamnSam! For a minute there you actually had me worried I'd missed it.

Back in January, actually. And yes, the last season will be spring 2010.
Dia, I think he's just talking about the show in anticipation, it wouldn't have aired anywhere yet.

Aired? Maybe not.
But there are friendly places on the internet where you can obtain such things beforehand, if you just know where to look.
Perhaps. ;)

Wait, weren't there supposed to be 5 seasons? With season 4 starting january 2008, does that mean we'll have to wait for two years for the last season?
(also a buddy told me he read spoilers somewhere and the season finale is supposed to show Earth Shattering And Completely Unexpected Events, That Will Turn Everything Upside Down™. He was really :wot:, but I didn't want to hear any spoilers)
