lol guys, just read the thread again haha, really made me laugh :D
Other than that, i really have to agree with this one

Hmmmm... no offense people, but I must say I like the german SHODAN better, especially when her voice starts to get corrupted at the end. It remembers me of SS2 Shodan.
That were exactly my thoughts.
As for Mercurius. You don't have to apologize, i don't care if you pick on germany or any other country, i don't give anything about borders anyway. But those dragons are a pest, i can tell you. Just think of them as big doves and you know what i mean.
But to be honest, i've met so many people online and sometimes you begin to wonder if some people really think germany is like one big forest where we jump around in "Ledertrachten" and only eat "Bratwurst" and drink german beer. We have like 16 states in germany and the only one where i guess some people really like things like that is bavaria :P
But well hey, then again there are dumb people all over the world so i guess yeah, some of them really think of germany like we are living in the middle ages.
Which reminds me, i'd really like to go to asia and visit those big samurai warriors they always show on tv. Oh, and because i really like chinese food, at least the stuff you get around these parts of the world, not sure about the whole sea stuff.
By the way, can people in China really fly and shoot fireballs out of their hands ?

Lies, I say. I go to Germany rather frequently, normally to Mainz (which is not in Bavaria), and most germans walk around in lederhosen, eating sausages and drinking beer. Plus, they make their children goose-step to school ;)
This thread is starting to remind me of the germans episode of (
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WXerqvoGmXg) Fawlty Towers :cheeky:
Oh german! I'm sorry, I thought there was something wrong with you! - This always cracks me up.

I visited an American military base somewhere outside of Munich (can't remember where exactly) about ten years ago. It was pretty freaky driving through the huge gates right into a stereotypical American town with flags on the lawns, Taco Bell, Mexicans looking for work, etc.

This doesn't make any sense. In System Shock 1 and 2 it's the same voice treatment being done by the same audio guy to the same actress' voice.

Not to break off of topic, but I thought Citadel only had 4 groves, one of which was already launched? where the hell did those other six come from?

Ancient Bavarian borders included my native land zone (Trento and lower).
We have a bit of common history.
