Run from one end of Cyrodill to the other and see how many critters 'n' bandits you can get chasing you at once. Then cast a Frenzy spell right in the middle of them.

You have to run into a town so that they kill everyone in it ;)

Get 100% Chameleon then go around in a city and hit stuff. Try to get shot and run around as a bunch of floating arrows. Kill someone then drag his body around to create the most ignored zombie of all time. "Nudge" people around (alot easier than in Thief tho :b )
Use levitation to shoot people with blackberries (rmb then lmb ;or reverse, cant remember; propels stuff to astounding speed) or radishes
Get a group of people to look at you then crouch/jump in rapid succession to make em headbang
Pile up stuff then blast it with fireball spells. Dance on merchants outlays
Place stuff on benches, then sit on it
Paralyze people. Punch people. "Talk" to someone while theyre in bed then run away, so they keep following you trying to initiate dialog
If you cant find fun in this game you are dead inside :(
