I ran across this from the outside, and knowing a bit of info, I felt compelled to register so that I could respond, even though I have absolutely nothing to do with any of these games.
On Hans Bacher's blog, he's shown screen caps of the whole film and mentioned that he recorded a copy when it aired on television in the 80's.

I don't think it has ever been released on DVD, like so many good Hungarian animated films and the same, sadly seems true across Europe in general.
