Looking for a mod combo: what should I get to make ss2 VERY difficult?

Hi, I'm going to start a 3 player coop soon and we'd really like to play it like it should be. What mods can you suggest me?

I know how you feel. Coop is considerably easy. There are one or two mods that attempt to fix it up a bit, and they do a good job. But its still very easy IMHO.

Definitely not for first-timers, though... but then, neither is multiplayer.

Try the no monitor mod, I heard it makes the game considerably harder!

Heh, there actually is a (http://www.strangebedfellows.de/index.php/topic,29.0.html) no-crosshair mod and a (http://www.strangebedfellows.de/index.php/topic,56.0.html) no-health-bar for enemies. Recommended for that extra edge.

I don't find SecMod at all difficult. The most difficult one is Populism's DE mod by far, and mine, AlyaMod, if played on Impossible, can be quite challenging. You can combine them with others Kolya suggested to push the difficulty even more up if desired.
