HI I NEED TO KNOW WHERE TO FIND GOOD LOCK PICKS.....ones that can pick 30-50!

Any lockpick can do level 30-50 if your Security skill is high enough.
I don't think I've ever purchased lockpicks or probes, because you tend to find enough of them on enemies, in crates, etc. I believe the best places to look are in Thieves' Guild hangouts.

Actually, my good friend, MoUSe, I find in most instances that using spells is superior and quicker to using lockpicks, I'd tell you a story about how I found that out, but there's no room for that. I need to go back in time to give condoms to your parents.

on the xbox morrow-, i can pick a 100 lock with an apprentices-. it all depends on the skill.
