does anyone know where i can get some lock pick things like scrolls or items my skill is low and i want to get into divraths closet

lockpicks: These have been asked about and posted on here innumerable times; look in thieves' guilds, or try searching on here.
open scrolls: Some people are able to buy such scrolls, but it's a random thing that seems to be calculated either when you start a new game or 1st encounter the NPCs in question. Other than that, try looking in smugglers' caves; they often have 'em.
