were can i buy fortify stat spells? and also the summon spell for thing that will allow constant effects in enchanting?

Forsythe, that nice and helpful man (you ARE a man, right?) posted this in reply to a similar query not so long ago:
There's no 'summon ascended sleeper' spell, but a Telvanni mage in Tel Branora, right up near Therana, sells 'summon golden saint'(END QUOTE)
Golden saints' souls give constant effect enchantments.
As to fortify skill, I don't know. Someone else might, though.

Fortify SKILL is unavailable unless you use the X-Box/unpatched version and even then only after a very long quest. (Fortify Skill is/was part of Mephala's Skill, the reward for the 'Threads of the Webspinner'-quest in the Morag Tong faction)
Fortify ATTRIBUTE is available at most temples/imperial shrines.

ok so the golden saint spell is in Tel Branora, and i can buy spells that raise my attributes in most temples or imperial shrines thanks a bunch
